Changelog — what changed, per version

This collection grows: patterns may be reworded, examples added, and new material released over time. Each pattern keeps a stable, assign-once handle (e.g. AQ03) so that “what changed” stays legible — a renamed pattern keeps its handle, and links and citations never break.

  • Added three fields to every pattern: care-ethics lens, concerns-addressed tags, and a further-reading slot.
  • Introduced the controlled concerns vocabulary that powers find-by-problem browsing.
  • Assigned stable per-family handles (SH, AQ, CI, FR, BP) as the basis for all links and citations.

May 2026
  • Initial public release of all 23 patterns across five families, as published at DRS 2026.
